Shipping and Return

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.
Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time:
Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.
The manufacturer process the orders, which takes an additional 1 - 4 days.

Shipping time:
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Domestic delivery usually takes about 2 - 3 business days.

 
Return:

No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization from Curipod. Request an RMA # by emailing contact@curiopod.com. Please let us know why you’re returning the item or if there was anything wrong with your order.

 

Return Policy:

All return claims must be made within 30 days of shipment date. Returns must be made within 30 days of the issuance of the Return Authorization to be eligible to receive full credit.

  • No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization from Curipod. Request an RMA # by emailing contact@curiopod.com. Please let us know why you’re returning the item or if there was anything wrong with your order.
  • All return claims must be made within 30 days of shipment date. Returns must be made within 30 days of the issuance of the Return Authorization to be eligible to receive full credit.
  • All returned items must be received in salable condition with all manuals, parts and paperwork intact.
  • Used all products/parts will not be accepted for return.
  • All defective products are returned to us first. We will not send a replacement before receiving the defective product from the customer. We will decide if the damage is covered by warranty upon receipt and investigation of the product. If the product is covered by warranty, we will send a replacement product.
  • All returns that are not exchanged for another item are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. And all returns returned without original packaging and/or accessories, manuals, etc., will be subject to a higher restocking fee.
  • The shipping cost to return from customer to us must be paid by customer.
  • Merchandise sold on a non-returnable basis may not be returned.
    Defective Items will be replaced without charge.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • The issuance of an RMA # does not insure credit will be given. All returns are evaluated upon receipt to determine the amount of credit, if any, will be given.
